At Medify Air, we want you to breathe easy knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the air purifier or replacement filters in their original shipping box, ensuring all manuals and power cables are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
